Duke Event Coverage — Booking Terms
Non-Refundable Deposit: The booking deposit is non-refundable after 24 hours of payment. Once 24 hours have passed from the time of deposit, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of making the deposit, 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded to your M-Pesa number within 3–5 business days.
Out-of-County Travel Fee: Duke Event Coverage operates primarily within Kisii County. Events scheduled outside Kisii County will attract an additional travel/logistics fee, which will be communicated and agreed upon before the booking is confirmed.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted with at least 7 days' written notice (via WhatsApp), subject to calendar availability. Rescheduling does not affect the deposit.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event date will forfeit the full deposit regardless of the 24-hour refund window.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance (50% of the package price) must be paid on the event day before coverage commences.
Force Majeure: Duke Event Coverage will not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, medical emergencies). In such cases, rescheduling will be offered at no extra cost.

Yes — each additional day beyond the standard 2-day coverage costs KES 5,000. Let Duke know when booking so the calendar can be reserved for you.
Yes! Drone footage is available as an add-on for KES 8,000, giving stunning aerial shots perfect for outdoor weddings, funerals, and large church events.
Available add-ons: Edited highlight reel (+KES 6,000), Printed photobook (+KES 4,500), Raw footage on USB (+KES 2,000), and Drone footage (+KES 8,000). Mix and match to suit your event and budget.

Yes. Duke handles funeral and burial coverage with the utmost respect and professionalism. We work discreetly to document these sensitive moments for families.
We primarily serve Nairobi, Kisii, and Mombasa. Coverage in other counties is available on request — travel costs may apply. WhatsApp Duke to confirm your location.
Yes! Livestreaming is included in Gold and Platinum packages. We can stream to YouTube, Facebook, or other platforms so guests anywhere in the world can watch live.
Booking & Payment
Choose your package, pay a 50% deposit via M-Pesa using the tab above, then confirm on WhatsApp at +254 724 228 518. Your date is secured once the deposit is received.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is paid on the event day before coverage begins.
Yes! M-Pesa is our primary payment method. Use the "M-Pesa" tab in this widget — enter your Safaricom number, receive an STK push on your phone, and confirm with your PIN.
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may forfeit the deposit. Contact Duke on WhatsApp as early as possible.
Delivery & Quality
A photo preview is delivered within 48 hours of the event. Full edited photos and videos are ready within 7 days, shared via Google Drive or USB (if ordered).
All video coverage is delivered in 4K. Photos are high-resolution, professionally edited and color-graded for a cinematic look consistent with Duke's signature style.
